Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy applies to all clients and all services.
1.) Clients must give the salon 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.
2.) All clients that fail to give 24 hour notice for an appointment cancellation will be subject to our no-show policy.
No-show Policy
We understand that everyone occasionally has an emergency or something prevents them from coming to their scheduled appointment. Please call whenever possible.
1.) If a no-show occurs, you will be reminded of our 24 hour cancellation policy, a credit card will be required to book all future appointments. Followed by a charge of 50% or more of the original service cost to the credit card, gift card or gift certificate.
3.) For all future no-shows your credit card, gift card or gift certificate will be charged 100% or more of the original service cost.
